Here's how to connect and sync your reviews from various platforms seamlessly.
Whether you receive reviews on Google, Yelp, Facebook, or any other platform, we've got you covered. The integration process is straightforward—just log into your account, connect to the desired platform, and your reviews will sync automatically.
Please make sure your pop-ups are not disabled and that you allow pop-ups from Reputation Brief.
Let's get started and make managing your reviews easier than ever!
From the reviews homepage, go to Settings.
Then, go to Integrations.
From here, you will see several available platforms where you can integrate your account. Let's use Facebook as an example. Click on the Integrate button under Facebook.
You will then see pop-up windows asking you to log in to your Facebook account.
Once done, you will see a green check mark at the upper right corner of each platform indicating a successful integration.
NOTE: Connected platforms will show up in the Review Request list, allowing customers to select the platform where they want to leave a review.
