Preparing a csv file to upload your Whatsapp contacts can save you a lot of time. Instead of adding each contact manually, you can upload them all at once.
Simply create a csv file with columns for names and phone numbers. Make sure the data is clean and formatted correctly. Once your file is ready, you can upload it in bulk, streamlining your workflow and ensuring accuracy.
Go to the 'Get Reviews' section and then click Whatsapp.
Prepare your .csv file. Please make sure to follow the guidelines highlighted below. The number has to have a phone prefix and must have no spaces. Create two columns with the actual Names and Numbers ONLY. There is no need to create a column heading.
Here's a sample of a .csv sheet. The maximum supported file is up to 100 rows only.
Upload the file. Check the box that you agree that you have the receiver’s consent to send a message.
Now, you will see the list of names and numbers that were successfully uploaded. You are now ready to send a Request for review. You can also manually add a line for additional contacts if needed.
