Viewing WhatsApp "Requests Sent" is important because it helps you track which customers have been contacted, ensuring no one is missed. This feature provides a comprehensive list, making it easier to manage follow-ups and maintain a consistent review collection process.
Additionally, having a clear record of sent review requests allows you to analyze the effectiveness of your outreach efforts. By knowing who has been contacted, you can identify patterns and make data-driven decisions to improve your customer engagement strategy.
Here's how:
Go to the 'Get Reviews' section then click Whatsapp.
Scroll to the bottom to find the list of people who have received Whatsapp review requests. You can filter by Name, Number, or Date.
This button only appears when there are no requests sent yet. Once clicked, it will redirect you to the upper part of the same page to Request Reviews.
