Editing an SMS template gives you the flexibility to customize and personalize the messages you send when asking for customer reviews. This option allows you to tailor the content to reflect your brand's voice and address your customers by name.
By making these adjustments, you can create more engaging and relevant messages, which can lead to higher response rates and more valuable feedback.
Go to the 'Get Reviews' section then click SMS.
From here, you can customize the sender name and the message body.
You can also personalize by inserting the variables here to your preference.
IMPORTANT: Your limit will count as 2 if the message body exceeds 65 characters.
