Here's how you can send SMS auto-reminders to your customers:

  1. Go to the 'Get Reviews' section then click SMS.

  2. Scroll down until you see this section. This is where you can set the auto-reminders. You can either trigger it for 3 days, 7 days, or both.

  3. You can customize the message you want to send to your customers here.

    IMPORTANT: Your limit will count as 2 if the message body exceeds 65 characters.

  4. Make sure to select/insert the correct variables according to your preference.
