Viewing SMS requests sent provides a list of customers who have received review requests via SMS. This feature allows you to track which customers have been contacted, ensuring no one is missed.
Here's how:
Go to the 'Get Reviews' section then click SMS.
Scroll to the bottom to find the list of people who have received SMS review requests. You can filter by Name, Number, or Date.
This button only appears when there are no requests sent yet. Once clicked, it will redirect you to the upper part of the same page to Request Reviews.
