Editing your email template gives you the flexibility to customize and personalize the emails you send when asking for customer reviews. This option allows you to tailor the content to reflect your brand's voice and address your customers by name.
By making these adjustments, you can create more engaging and relevant messages, which can lead to higher response rates and more valuable feedback.
Go to the 'Get Reviews' section then click Email.
From here, you can customize the sender name and the message body.
You can personalize the order of variables here to your preference.
NOTE: You can also send a test email by adding your name and email manually on step 1 and requesting a review to see how it looks on your end.
