Preparing a csv file to upload Email contacts can save you a lot of time. Instead of adding each contact manually, you can upload them all at once.
Simply create a csv file with columns for names and email addresses. Once your file is ready, you can upload it in bulk, streamlining your workflow and ensuring accuracy.
Go to the 'Get Reviews' section and then Email.
Prepare your .csv file. Please make sure to follow the guidelines highlighted below. Create two columns with the actual Names and Emails ONLY. There is no need to create a column heading.
Here's a sample of a .csv sheet. The maximum supported file is up to 100 rows only.
Upload the file. Check the box that you agree that you have the receiver’s consent to send a message.
Now, you will see the list of names and emails that were successfully uploaded. You can also manually add a line if needed.
Finally, click the "Request a review" button to send review requests to your customers.
