Viewing email requests sent provides a list of customers who have received review requests via email. This feature allows you to track which customers have been contacted, ensuring no one is missed.
Here's how:
Go to the 'Get Reviews' section then click Email.
Scroll to the bottom to find the list of people who have received Email review requests. You can filter by Name, Email Address, or Date.
